Returns Policy

Medicines cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left the pharmacy. Once a medicine is out of our custody we cannot verify how it has been stored, so we cannot re-dispense it to anyone else. This applies to both prescription and over-the-counter medicines.

What we will always put right

Contact us within 48 hours and we will replace the item or refund you in full if:

• we dispensed or delivered the wrong item
• the item arrived damaged or with a broken seal
• the item was expired or had unreasonably short dating

Non-medicine items

Unopened devices, cosmetics, toiletries and baby equipment can be returned within 7 days in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Unwanted or unused medicines

Bring unused or expired medicines to any branch and we will dispose of them safely at no charge. Please do not put them in household waste.
