Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It is written to meet the Kenyan Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

• Contact details, name, phone number, email and delivery address
• Order details, what you bought, when, and how you paid
• Health information, prescriptions you upload and any notes you give a pharmacist

How we use it

To dispense and deliver your order, to let a pharmacist check a prescription before supply, to keep the dispensing records the law requires us to keep, and to contact you about an order.

Health information

Prescriptions and related health information are sensitive personal data. They are stored separately from the public site, are readable only by our pharmacists and authorised staff, and are never used for marketing or shared with advertisers.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. Card details are entered on Paystack's own secure page and never reach our servers. We receive only a transaction reference and the outcome.

Who else sees your data

Only our delivery riders (name, phone, address, never your prescription), our payment processor, and regulators or authorities where we are legally required to disclose. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Dispensing records are retained for the period required by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board. Order and account records are kept for seven years for tax purposes.

Your rights
