Delivery & Returns

Delivery across Mombasa

We deliver across Mombasa County. The fee depends on your area and is shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Mombasa Island (Mvita, Tudor, Makadara), KSh 150, same day within 3 hours
  • Nyali & Kongowea, KSh 250, same day
  • Bamburi & Shanzu, KSh 300, same day
  • Likoni & Mainland South, KSh 300, next working day
  • Changamwe & Mainland West, KSh 300, next working day

Delivery is free on orders over KSh 2,500 on the Island and Nyali, and over KSh 3,000 elsewhere.

Collection

Choose Collect in branch at checkout and pick up from Makadara, Moi Avenue or Lebanon. There is no charge for collection and orders are usually ready the same day.

Paying

Pay online by M-PESA or card, or choose pay on delivery and settle with the rider. Orders containing prescription medicines are only charged after a pharmacist has approved the prescription.

Returns

Medicines cannot be returned once they have left the pharmacy. This is a legal requirement, not a shop policy, we have no way to guarantee how a medicine has been stored once it is out of our control.

We will always put right anything that is our fault. Contact us within 48 hours if:

  • the wrong item was dispensed or delivered
  • the item is damaged, or the seal is broken
  • the item is expired or too close to expiry

Unopened non-medicine items, devices, cosmetics, baby equipment, can be returned within 7 days in their original packaging.

If your prescription is rejected

No payment is taken until a pharmacist approves your prescription, so a rejection needs no refund. The order is simply cancelled and the stock released.
